Senior Lead – AI-Driven QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks utilizing Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.

• Create and execute automated test scripts using C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.

• Develop and maintain automation suites for UI, API, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools to generate, maintain, and enhance automated testing.

• Analyze test outcomes, pinpoint root causes, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

• Conduct test planning, estimation, and assessments of automation feasibility.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, and system-level requirements.

• Produce automation reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.

• Engage in code reviews and advocate for automation, Quality Engineering, and best practices in AI-assisted testing.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to grasp requirements and solution design.

• Validate AI-generated test assets, manage test environments, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows.

• Lead or assist in QA transformation projects and mentor team members on automation, AI-assisted testing, CI/CD, and modern Quality Engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or equivalent tools.

• Proficient in C#/.NET development.

• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.

• Knowledge of NUnit and xUnit testing frameworks.

• Experience with API automation tools like Postman or RestSharp.

• Strong grasp of test automation architecture and framework design.

• Capability to translate business requirements into effective testing strategies.

• Experience in validating AI-generated test artifacts.

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation.

• Experience in integrating automated testing within delivery pipelines, understanding testing environments and release processes.

• Experience with one or more AI-powered testing tools, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Playwright AI-assisted automation.

• Practical application of AI tools for test creation and maintenance, with the ability to review and enhance AI-generated code and tests.

• Experience leading automation, Quality Engineering, or QA transformation initiatives.

• Background in senior technical or QA leadership roles.

• Strong ownership, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
