Senior Lawyer – Wellness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on corporate, commercial, employment, and operational issues;

• Prepare and assess key contracts, policies, and terms of service;

• Assist with governance, entity management, and compliance activities;

• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel to mitigate risks and address challenges;

• Support HR initiatives, legal documentation, and new product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney with approximately 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent in-house experience);

• Solid foundation in commercial and corporate law;

• Essential experience with digital products and IT law;

• Practical and commercially minded, capable of working autonomously;

• Experience in consumer-oriented, healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries is a plus;

• Knowledge of data protection regulations across multiple jurisdictions, marketing claims, and cross-border issues is advantageous.
