This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and generate reports on best practices in law enforcement and public safety, both in the U.S. and internationally.
• Support ICITAP and PTC-US with project plans, proposals, and strategies for implementation.
• Collaborate with program management teams and stakeholders on the design of activities in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.
• Create, update, and present timelines and benchmarks for short-, medium-, and long-term projects.
• Work with law enforcement and public safety agencies, professional organizations, academies, and educational institutions to arrange training and engagements.
• Monitor trends, developments, technologies, challenges, and solutions related to law enforcement, forensics, emergency management, and corrections.
• Participate actively in meetings with ICITAP, WSU, PTC-US, and other related organizations.
• Prepare and present briefings, workshops, and presentations for interagency partners, professional associations, academic institutions, subject matter experts, and both U.S. and international partners.
• Represent ICITAP by facilitating communication and coordination across governments while delivering work products as per Project Specific Agreements and Specified Deliverable Lists.
• Manage and prioritize complex, dynamic tasks while ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Aid in the development of training programs and curricula alongside subject matter experts and instructional systems designers.
• Assess operational requirements for SFSP and review existing training curricula.
• Evaluate instructional effectiveness, efficiency, technology usability, student learning, knowledge transfer, and overall satisfaction.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, police administration, emergency management, public administration, or a related field from an accredited U.S. educational institution.
• At least 15 years of experience with a U.S. law enforcement agency, including authority to conduct arrests, investigations, and provide testimony in court.
• A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience within a U.S. law enforcement agency overseeing law enforcement and investigative staff.
• At least 5 years of experience in international law enforcement or public safety training or professional assistance.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, or evaluating law enforcement training and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Experience in developing and delivering high-level briefings and reports for U.S. or international senior government officials.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex, dynamic projects.
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. and internationally, including limited work in challenging conditions and various climates.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Passport.
• Successful completion of a medical fit-for-duty examination is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Waiver U.S. Government Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to secure a Public Trust Waiver Clearance.
