Senior Knowledge Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Aid in overseeing the content operations roadmap and play a role in achieving project completion within that roadmap.

• Work alongside teams to develop and uphold knowledge development processes and standards.

• Facilitate various knowledge development projects and initiatives, ensuring their effective execution.

• Assist in tracking and reporting on KPIs to assess knowledge effectiveness and share insights across the organization.

• Engage in identifying and applying enhancements in knowledge processes and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience showcasing expertise in knowledge management or technical documentation.

• Over 6 years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or technical content development, including the creation, capture, structuring, and maintenance of knowledge.

• Proficient in utilizing knowledge management and ticketing systems.

• Experienced in crafting AI-optimized content and developing AI models for content generation.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to change smoothly.
