Agentforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and execution of AI-driven automation within the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) environment.

• Design and implement Agentforce agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-augmented advisor tools.

• Streamline advisor workflows, client service functions, and operational procedures.

• Create and enhance agent topics, actions, and instructions utilizing advanced prompt engineering techniques.

• Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs, external data sources, and financial planning systems.

• Collaborate with FSC Solution Architects to ensure agent solutions are aligned with CRM data models, security frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Deploy Salesforce Einstein features to provide actionable insights and recommendations for advisors.

• Perform thorough testing and monitor agent performance, analyze usage metrics, and refine workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow).

• Direct, hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or comparable conversational AI technologies within Salesforce.

• In-depth understanding of prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) behavior in enterprise contexts.

• Proven ability to design within Salesforce’s security framework (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

• Demonstrated expertise in translating intricate advisor workflows into structured agent-driven action plans.

• Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce FSC data model and advisor/client relationship management is preferred.

• Experience with MuleSoft integration patterns to enhance agent functionalities with external data is preferred.

• Background in financial services, wealth management, or fintech is preferred.

• Awareness of responsible AI frameworks and compliance protocols pertinent to regulated sectors is preferred.
