• Spearhead the planning, development, and implementation of ADVANCED HYDRATION promotional strategies across all accounts, utilizing fact-based industry sales data, including IRI/Nielsen and other relevant industry metrics.
• Take ownership of P&L performance; calculate, review, and report on diverse budgets for customers.
• Deliver consistent pre- and post-analysis of account performance by leveraging syndicated data and bottler sales reports as part of an ongoing improvement process.
• Stay informed about competitive and pertinent information, providing regular feedback to the manager, VP of Customer Sales, and other company leaders as necessary.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships within the Bottler System.
• Communicate timely and accurately all trade plans to bottler and BODYARMOR sales and marketing teams.
• Regularly present customer updates and plans to the CR management team in a timely manner.
• Identify performance gaps and devise action plans to address these issues.
• Manage customer input and ensure alignment on all commercial, marketing, and innovation plans, including strategy, tactics, and essential execution requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience is necessary.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in National Account management at headquarters is required.
• Candidates must reside in the Charlotte, NC area (or within 50 miles).
• Experience with syndicated data is essential.
• Strong analytical skills are a must.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.
• Proven leadership skills and a solid track record in Business Development are required.
• A creative thinker capable of working independently is preferred.
• Outstanding team management and development skills are necessary.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time by car and plane, covering both local and nearby geographical regions.
• A valid driver’s license is required, and the ability to drive long distances is essential.
• Motor Vehicle Records must meet Company standards as per the Driving Policy.
