This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with SAEs as needed to develop account strategies and execution plans for key health systems within your designated territory.

• Build and maintain robust working relationships with customer stakeholders at healthcare facilities and headquarters of target health systems throughout the clinical workflow advisory, implementation, and adoption phases.

• Perform analyses of existing workflows and provide consultation on necessary changes to accommodate the implementation of new functionalities and solutions from ADC’s portfolio.

• Assist in the implementation of solutions across customer facilities, effectively collaborating with internal technical specialists as necessary to enhance and refine the solution.

• Manage change effectively within the clinical or operational environment, ensure thorough testing of the solution, and create a comprehensive training plan to facilitate a seamless transition for the customer.

• Offer staff support and training on workflows for patient onboarding.

• Define and document desired outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) based on identified customer needs.

• Actively participate in professional IT/EMR implementation organizations (e.g., HIMSS, AMIA, etc.) and proactively share knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, or medical/clinical roles within the medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or biotech sectors.

• Exceptional problem-solving, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and project management abilities.

• A solution-oriented mindset.

• Skills in process management, including end-to-end mapping and system analysis capabilities.

• Professional demeanor when engaging with customers.

• Capacity to prepare and deliver impactful oral and written communications.

• Proficient in devising and implementing change management actions and communications.

• Demonstrated ability to manage both projects and time efficiently.

• Prior experience in clinical training and adult education delivery.

• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays up to 50% - 75% of the time.
