
Senior Key Account Executive – P&C SaaS Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategic territory plans aimed at large national insurance firms, facilitating the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with senior executives (VP, SVP, C-suite) among key stakeholders, including Claims, SIU, IT, Operations, and Lines of Business.
• Direct a consultative discovery process to thoroughly comprehend clients' business challenges, priorities, and objectives—then align those needs with the value of our solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to engaging multiple stakeholders, developing business cases, negotiating, and executing contracts.
• Collaborate across functions with Solutions & Consulting, Customer Success, Data Science, Product, and Marketing to provide a unified customer experience and tackle complex deal challenges.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and uphold CRM standards to ensure predictable revenue results.
• Act as a representative of the market—communicate client feedback and industry trends to guide product strategy and market messaging.
• Over 10 years of experience in quota-carrying technology sales roles.
• More than 7 years dedicated to selected Fortune 50 accounts within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience in negotiations, deal strategy, and structuring.
• Exceptional presentation and executive engagement skills.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Capability to formulate a vision with a profound sense of accountability.
• Possess a growth mindset and an eagerness to learn.
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to work and collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services sectors is strongly preferred.
