Senior Joinery Programmer, IMOS, Commercial Joinery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive shop drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) for both production and client approvals.

• Generate CNC programs, cutting lists, beam saw, edge bander, and machining files utilizing IMOS.

• Transform approved design and architectural drawings into manufacturing documentation that is ready for production.

• Collaborate with internal design, procurement, and production teams to guarantee smooth project execution.

• Modify and update production programs in response to approved design alterations.

• Keep precise project data within ERP and manufacturing software systems.

• Confirm the accuracy of manufacturing documentation prior to the commencement of production.

• Detect and address programming or documentation challenges to reduce production errors.

• Ensure that all documentation adheres to project specifications and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a role such as Joinery Programmer, Joinery Detailer, Cabinetry Programmer, or a similar position within the commercial joinery or cabinetry manufacturing sector.

• Practical professional experience with IMOS (Homag) is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial joinery manufacturing processes and production workflows.

• Proficient in preparing shop drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, CNC programs, and production work orders.

• Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong dedication to delivering error-free work.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with Microvellum or other joinery design and production software is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems in a manufacturing context is preferred.

• Knowledge of CNC machinery and automated manufacturing processes is preferred.

• Experience in supporting commercial fit-out or custom joinery projects is preferred.
