Senior Joinery Estimator, Commercial Joinery – Interior Fit-Out

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive quantity take-offs and precise cost estimates for commercial joinery and interior fit-out projects.

• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ascertain project scope and pricing requirements.

• Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors while assessing cost competitiveness.

• Identify any scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial risks prior to submitting tenders.

• Create thorough and commercially viable tender submissions within established deadlines.

• Accurately maintain estimating data in the company ERP system to facilitate downstream project execution.

• Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accuracy of estimates and alignment with project goals.

• Keep well-organized documentation and estimating records for future reference and project tracking.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in estimating processes, documentation quality, and workflow efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Estimator in Joinery, Cabinetry, Millwork, or Commercial Fit-Out sectors.

• Practical experience with Innergy ERP is essential.

• Demonstrated experience estimating commercial joinery, cabinetry, millwork, or interior fit-out projects.

• Strong comprehension of construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

• Experience operating within structured estimating processes and ERP-based workflows.

• Capability to independently manage multiple tenders while upholding a high level of accuracy.

• Exceptional numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with Microvellum is preferred.

• Familiarity with IMOS (HOMAG) or similar joinery manufacturing software is advantageous.

• Background in AutoCAD or other CAD software is preferred.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, production planning, or commercial joinery operations is a plus.

• Prior experience with Australian or New Zealand construction or joinery projects is highly beneficial.
