This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and enhance IT products, focusing on Atlassian software solutions (Jira, Confluence) and cloud-based services.
• Maintain system integrity and ensure maximum availability for users.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users.
• Implement best practices for system configuration and performance optimization.
• Conduct migrations from on-premises setups to SaaS environments.
• Effectively manage and integrate APIs.
• Utilize scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript for managing Atlassian software.
• Execute system scripting tasks (preferably in Python or Bash) for various administrative functions.
• Administer and maintain Linux-based systems.
• Analyze monitoring and performance data to identify issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Extensive experience in cloud migration processes (on-prem to SaaS).
• Expertise in the installation, configuration, and management of Atlassian software products (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong knowledge of API management and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in scripting languages essential for Atlassian management (Groovy or JavaScript).
• Good system scripting abilities (preferably in Python or Bash).
• Experience in managing Linux systems.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to evaluate monitoring and performance data (nice to have).
• Experience in stakeholder management (nice to have).
• ITIL4-Foundation certification (or equivalent) (nice to have).
