Senior JavaScript/Node.js Developer, FinTech Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and develop extensive software solutions and components utilizing various technologies, primarily focusing on Node.js and ReactJS.

• Ensure a consistently high standard of quality throughout all phases of the development process.

• Effectively communicate to collaborate closely with the team and fully understand complex tasks.

• Adhere to best engineering practices along with company and client guidelines.

• Assume supervisory, advisory, and mentoring roles for junior engineers on the team.

• Advocate for clean code, as well as design patterns and principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in back-end software development.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with TypeScript.

• Over 4 years of experience working with Node.js.

• Practical knowledge of MCP architecture and agentic system design.

• Experience with the security aspects of AI agentic systems and MCP integrations.

• Strong expertise in designing distributed and secure systems.

• Proficient front-end development skills.

• Solid understanding of microservices architectures.

• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining APIs.

• Familiarity with building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Understanding of DevOps practices.

• Extensive experience working with AWS.

• Good knowledge of testing best practices.

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
