Senior JavaScript/Node.js Developer, FinTech Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and execute large-scale software solutions and components leveraging various technologies, primarily focusing on Node.js and ReactJS.

• Ensure a consistently high standard of quality throughout all phases of the development process.

• Effectively communicate to collaborate closely with the team, gaining comprehensive context for intricate tasks.

• Adhere to best engineering practices, as well as the guidelines set by the company and clients.

• Assume supervisory, advisory, and mentoring roles for junior engineers within the team.

• Advocate for clean coding practices, as well as design patterns and principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in back-end software development.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with TypeScript.

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience with Node.js.

• Practical knowledge of MCP architecture and agentic system design.

• Familiarity with the security aspects of AI agentic systems and MCP integrations.

• Strong background in designing distributed and secure systems.

• Proficient front-end development skills.

• Solid understanding of microservices architectures.

• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining APIs.

• Knowledge of building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Awareness of DevOps practices.

• Significant experience working with AWS.

• Good understanding of testing best practices.

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
