Senior JavaScript/Node.js Developer, FinTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Create and execute large-scale software solutions and components utilizing various technologies, primarily focusing on Node.js and ReactJS.

• Ensure a consistently high standard of quality throughout all phases of the development process.

• Effectively communicate to work collaboratively with the team and obtain comprehensive context for intricate tasks.

• Adhere to best engineering practices as well as company and client standards.

• Take on supervisory, advisory, and mentoring roles for less experienced engineers within the team.

• Advocate for clean code along with design patterns and principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in back-end software development.

• At least 3 years of experience working with TypeScript.

• Over 4 years of experience utilizing Node.js.

• Practical knowledge of MCP architecture and agentic system design.

• Familiarity with security considerations related to AI Agentic systems and MCP integrations.

• Extensive experience in designing distributed and secure systems.

• Proficient front-end development skills.

• Solid understanding of microservices architectures.

• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs.

• Experience in creating and utilizing REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Acquainted with DevOps practices.

• Strong experience with AWS.

• Good grasp of testing best practices.

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Experience with modern JavaScript and ES6 libraries is a plus.
