Senior Java & React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the advancement of internal platforms and engineering infrastructures;

• Design and sustain solutions that aid various product teams, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, internal tools, and enhancements in software architecture;

• Recognize bottlenecks and suggest ongoing improvements;

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient;

• Make strategic and technical decisions in engineering;

• Foster integration between development and operations (DevOps), emphasizing observability, reliability, and operational effectiveness;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Java 17+ (Spring Boot);

• Familiarity with AI tools in software development (Amazon Q, Copilot, or similar);

• Extensive experience as a Fullstack Developer with JavaScript and TypeScript;

• Experience in integrating development and operations (DevOps);

• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evolving CI/CD pipelines;

• Understanding of test automation (unit, integration, e2e, performance, and security);

• Knowledgeable in scalable, secure, and sustainable software architecture;

• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and system metrics analysis;

• Capability to approach work with a systemic perspective and make cost-benefit driven choices;

• Experience in developing internal tools and engineering platforms;

• Ability to act strategically and work collaboratively with product and engineering teams;
