Senior Java FullStack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive full stack solutions utilizing Java/Spring Boot and Angular/React.

• Design and execute scalable REST APIs and backend services.

• Develop modern, user-centric frontend applications.

• Integrate and enhance AI-driven solutions, including LLMs and AI agents.

• Collaborate on architecture, technical design, and best engineering practices.

• Use AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

• Contribute to CI/CD processes and cloud-based deployments using Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Work closely with international, cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

• Engage in the design, development, and evolution of scalable applications and architectural discussions.

• Freelance position for a duration of 12 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial software development experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Java 17 or later.

• Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot and the modern Spring ecosystem.

• Commercial experience in frontend development.

• Strong practical knowledge of Angular and/or React.

• Commercial experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Professional experience working with AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic AI solutions within professional projects.

• Experience utilizing GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.

• Proven track record of building and integrating REST APIs.

• Solid understanding of contemporary application architectures.

• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication skills and the capability to collaborate within international teams.

• Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools, DevOps and Infrastructure as Code, Docker and/or Kubernetes, Kafka or event-driven technologies, AI frameworks/orchestration/APIs/RAG, German language skills, and experience in financial services, banking, or FinTech.
