Senior Java Developer – Focus on Banking Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee banking collections systems.

• Engage in a collaborative team environment.

• Suggest and execute software solutions.

• Partner with stakeholders to collect requirements.

• Guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the systems developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with banking collections systems (CNAB, boletos, remittances, protests).

• Capability to operate independently, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.

• Effective communication with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.

• Proficient in Java 8+.

• Experience with Spring Boot (Core, Data, Batch, Dependency Injection).

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ (advanced messaging).

• Proficient in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch.

• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.

• Experience handling high data volumes.

• Background in financial systems.

• Knowledge of AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).

• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure as code practices.

• Familiarity with Pix integration (Brazilian instant payment system).

• Experience as a key point of contact or technical lead.

• Assertive communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and apply critical judgment.

• Systemic thinking and a genuine interest in understanding the implications of solutions.
