Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the solution architecture for enterprise applications.

• Oversee technical design processes and assist with implementation across distributed teams.

• Contribute to the modernization and development of intricate legacy systems.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and perform at a high level.

• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

• Support the delivery of projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

• Advocate for engineering best practices and architectural standards across various teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture.

• Strong expertise in Java (Java 11/17, Java EE / Jakarta EE).

• Proficient in database design and development, especially with PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Eclipse RCP, SWT, and JFace.

• Familiarity with WildFly Application Server.

• Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and solution design.

• Experience in modernizing legacy systems.

• Understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

• Proven experience working in complex enterprise environments.
