Senior Java Backend Developer, Python – AI Focus

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java (Java 8+ / Java 11 or higher).

• In-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).

• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, or similar).

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Experience in messaging and asynchronous communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalents).

• Understanding of event-driven architecture.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.

• Experience in monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proficient in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.

• Familiarity with Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.

• Experience in code reviews and software engineering practices.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and agent development.

• Proficiency in Python or a comparable language.

• Practical experience with AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Capability to utilize AI for requirements analysis and refinement, solution modeling, code generation and review, test creation and automation, technical documentation, and impact/risk analysis.

• Knowledge of integrating with generative AI APIs and services.

• Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs, ensuring quality, safety, and business alignment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Capability to lead discussions with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
