Senior IT Specialist, System Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Categorization, prioritization, and management of service requests

• Assessment of current IT infrastructures

• Provision of remote assistance along with occasional on-site support

• Management of incidents, change requests, and general inquiries

• Development of documentation and user manuals

• Leadership and support in IT projects

• Organized project communication and team coordination

• Proactive enhancement of services and project workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Windows client/server environments and cloud systems

• Proficient skills in IT project management

• Enthusiasm for the technical evolution of products

• Practical approach and hands-on mentality

• Vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification

• Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken

• Team-oriented mindset
