This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the service quality of our solutions at prominent enterprise clients.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of our messaging infrastructure in a production environment.
• Ensure adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Compile technical service reports and facilitate regular service review meetings.
• Coordinate during critical operational incidents between customer IT teams and our internal technical departments.
• Assist in transitioning new features from the project phase to steady-state operations.
• Provide guidance to customers on potential further developments and identify opportunities for technical enhancements.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT service management, as a Service Delivery Manager or in technical account management (SaaS/IT infrastructure).
• Proficient in applying IT service management methodologies (e.g., the ITIL framework).
• Experience in owning or managing IT services for large enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of software architectures (APIs, cloud infrastructure, on-premise).
• Business-fluent in German and proficient in English are mandatory.
