• Lead comprehensive IT sales and business development initiatives in both domestic and international markets.
• Generate high-quality leads through outbound sales tactics, networking, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Identify and onboard new enterprise clients for AI products and technology services.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline while ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery calls, client presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and finalize deals.
• Interact with CXOs, decision-makers, founders, and key enterprise stakeholders.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies for AI products and technology solutions.
• Work closely with internal product, delivery, and leadership teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships and pinpoint cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Monitor sales metrics, pipeline progression, forecasting, and revenue goals.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT Sales / Enterprise Sales / Business Development.
• Demonstrated experience in international business development and enterprise sales.
• In-depth understanding of IT Services, QA/Testing Services, SaaS, AI Products, or Technology Solutions.
• Experience in selling to markets in the US, UK, APAC, Middle East, or on a global scale is preferred.
• Strong capabilities in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
• Solid grasp of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on growth.
