• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for technology vacancies.
• Reach out to candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Develop job offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct sourcing using various tools.
• Maintain close communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Participate in employer branding activities and events.
• Work with ATS and metrics to adjust recruitment strategies.
• Support individuals throughout their onboarding process.
• AT LEAST 5-6 years of experience in IT recruitment roles for development, quality, usability, product, management, etc.
• Proven experience managing an average of 10 simultaneous searches.
• Responsibility for E2E processes from strategic sourcing to the lifecycle and experience of candidates.
• Experience collaborating with technology hiring managers.
• Knowledge of metrics and tactic adjustments.
• Attention to the Candidate Journey and feedback throughout the process.
• Advanced English proficiency and studies in Human Resources or related fields.
