This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Author and execute automated test cases as an integral member of a project/product team.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and database testing utilizing the MS Test framework with Selenium as the library.
• Implement the QA Automation RoadMap in collaboration with the QA team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the accurate implementation of the automation framework or Quality Assurance & Engineering blueprint across test automation projects.
• Design, implement, and update Azure DevOps release pipelines to enable the execution of automated test scripts.
• Manage and maintain the Selenium Grid infrastructure to guarantee optimal performance and scalability.
• Initiate and develop automation frameworks and baseline scripts for new projects.
• Assist the team in implementing mobile automation using Appium and BrowserStack.
• Adhere to and enhance existing coding and automation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively and resolve complex coding challenges.
• Identify, document, triage, and track issues uncovered during automated test execution.
• Understand, adhere to, and contribute to the improvement of all applicable SDLC and testing processes while collaborating with the project/product team.
• Escalate risks that could directly affect project timelines and deliverables.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related discipline.
• Four years of experience in IT quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in automating web test scripts using Selenium.
• Experience in conducting functional, system, performance, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with performing unit testing.
• Experience working with data lake environments utilizing AWS.
• Knowledge of AWS datalake tools.
• Experience in conducting API testing using Postman.
• Background in backend testing.
• Proficiency in working with cloud computing technologies, including AWS and Docker.
• Experience in performing failure root cause analysis and creating comprehensive reports.
• Familiarity with using Jenkins for monitoring and debugging builds.
