Senior IT Project Manager – Data & Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of data integration and migration initiatives.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and expectations of stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business, IT, data, and vendor teams to guarantee effective project execution.

• Lead planning, testing, validation, and cutover activities for data migration.

• Ensure adherence to CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory standards.

• Conduct workshops, governance meetings, and provide executive status updates.

• Proactively identify and address delivery risks and project obstacles.

• Assist in data quality, governance, and operational readiness initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior IT Project Manager in executing Data Integration and Data Migration projects.

• Robust understanding of data management, data flows, and system integrations.

• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments.

• Strong grasp of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation standards.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• A delivery-oriented mindset coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams.

• Exceptional skills in risk, issue, and dependency management.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.

• Experience with data platforms, ETL/integration technologies, or cloud-based data solutions is preferred.

• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks is preferred.
