Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete project delivery process - ensuring that timelines are realistic, teams are synchronized, and clients are kept updated.

• Foster and nurture robust relationships with clients and essential stakeholders.

• Outline the project scope, manage potential risks, and closely monitor budgetary constraints.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Hardware, Installation, and Procurement.

• Facilitate project meetings, maintain comprehensive documentation, and clearly communicate progress.

• Negotiate change requests and push back against unrealistic deadlines or scope expansion.

• Assist in the pre-sales process by providing scheduling insights based on resource availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in IT project management, preferably within a technology product or systems integration setting.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - you are adept at managing expectations across all levels.

• A methodical, proactive approach to planning and problem-solving.

• Proficient command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience with hardware/software solution delivery is an advantage.
