Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT infrastructure initiatives

• Direct multifunctional teams without direct authority

• Administer budgets, forecasts, and cost management

• Handle risks, timelines, dependencies, alterations, resource distribution, governance, and stakeholder engagement

• Impact technical domains, vendor relations, and executive decision-makers

• Strategize, acquire, implement, monitor, maintain, and retire IT infrastructure assets

• Collaborate with infrastructure elements such as servers, storage systems, networks, operating systems, enterprise applications, data centers, cloud computing, security tools, and data management

• Assist projects related to infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and technological transformation

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• History of leading multifunctional teams without direct reporting lines

• Skilled in managing budgets, forecasts, costs, and supplier relations

• Hands-on experience in project planning, defining scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, changes, resource allocation, governance, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement

• Intermediate proficiency in Smartsheet

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Advanced capabilities in PowerPoint

• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL, AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Services, Software-Defined Everything (SDx), and Cyber Security

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, network hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, data centers, cloud computing, security tools, and data management

• Comprehension of the infrastructure lifecycle, encompassing planning, procurement, implementation, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and decommissioning

• Experience or knowledge with Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Rental Man, Vertex, Azure, Citrix, Databricks, and OneID

• Proficiency in English is essential

• A degree in Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines is preferred

• Experience in large corporate settings and projects involving infrastructure, cloud, security, or technological transformation is advantageous

• CAPM certification is a plus; PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, and ITIL certifications are highly regarded
