This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analyze both internal and external requirements in collaboration with business units.
• Create feasible technical solution concepts.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders throughout the entire requirements lifecycle, from problem definition to user story creation.
• Evaluate and prioritize requirements based on urgency and value.
• Coordinate and lead agile DevOps teams from a business perspective.
• Take ownership of the success of requirements in terms of scope, effort, schedule, and quality.
• Initiate necessary measures in collaboration with the team and requestors when required.
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization and digital transformation of the OXG IT landscape and business processes.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, IT project manager, or in a similar position.
• A degree in Business Informatics or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing data models.
• Proficiency in ETL processes.
• Experience in analyzing and processing large datasets within cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Technical comprehension of data flows and interfaces.
• Ideally skilled in SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly and appropriately for various audiences.
• Capable of managing expectations proactively and preparing well-founded decision documents.
• High degree of initiative, self-organization, and commitment.
• Structured and strategic approach to work.
• Fluent in German and English at a business level.
