Senior IT Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Offer legal assistance for the company's operations across multiple jurisdictions

• Support investment-related activities legally

• Draft and examine contracts, NDAs, and various legal documents

• Provide guidance on matters related to intellectual property and personal data

• Aid Sales and other departments during the contract negotiation and approval processes with clients, partners, and suppliers

• Conduct research and assess risk factors associated with business decisions and operations

• Protect the business by delivering practical legal solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law

• 5 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the IT sector

• Strong background in commercial and civil law, including client contracts, tenders, and investment legal support

• Proficiency in intellectual property law

• Detail-oriented approach

• At least Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English

• Familiarity with international legal frameworks
