Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of all IT infrastructure operations, which includes server and storage management, messaging support, and remote access services.

• Manage operations across data centers, cloud environments, and remote locations to ensure service availability, performance, and continuity.

• Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting and escalation for intricate infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.

• Supervise root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent future occurrences and enhance long-term stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in managing and leading IT infrastructure operations delivery.

• Proven experience in managing multi-discipline technical teams within enterprise IT settings.

• US Citizenship/Work Authorization: Must comply with contract stipulations.

• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and sustain SEC Public Trust clearance (or a higher level if necessary).

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).

• Required Certification: PMP Certification or an equivalent qualification.
