Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Actively oversee infrastructure and application components to avert any business disruptions.

• Monitor, evaluate, adjust, and resume processing flows for production routines.

• Review the production activity scheduling system on a daily basis and complete the strategic checklist.

• Address and document incidents that arise in the production environment.

• Manage, implement, and oversee IT service requests.

• Carry out releases and support operational processes for the execution of IT changes in production.

• A completed higher education degree.

• Basic knowledge of Internet / Intranet.

• Familiarity with z/OS – Introduction, Concepts, and Operational Resources.

• Understanding of TSO – Concepts and Resources.

• Knowledge of JCL – Concepts and Resources.

• Insight into CICS – Concepts.

• Awareness of Control-M/R/D/O Family – Concepts and Resources.

• Understanding of VSAM – Concepts.

• Familiarity with DB2 Database – Concepts and Resources.

• Knowledge of Connect:Direct – Concepts and Resources.

• Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Software – Concepts.

• Insight into LAN / WAN Networking – Concepts and Resources.

• Proficiency in Excel – Concepts and Resources.
