Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the Mainframe environment

• Actively oversee infrastructure components and applications to avert business disruptions

• Monitor, assess, modify, and resume production routine processing workflows

• Review the production activity scheduling system daily and complete the strategic checklist

• Diagnose and document incidents occurring within the production environment

• Administer, execute, and oversee IT service requests

• Conduct releases and support operational processes for the implementation of IT changes in production
