IT Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Utilize a meticulous approach for ticket intake, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Ensure precision, consistency, and effective communication to facilitate swift issue resolution.

• Interact with end users in a friendly and understanding manner.

• Provide IT support during US business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of practical experience in Help Desk or technical support roles.

• Ability to provide support during US business hours.

• Basic knowledge of user and group administration principles.

• Familiarity with productivity software environments such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

• Expertise in troubleshooting devices including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.

• Basic understanding of networking and security implications.

• Capability to triage and address issues using a structured, systematic approach.

• Professional and compassionate communication abilities.

• Must have a suitable work-from-home setup.

• Desktop/laptop with a 4th generation or higher Intel i3 or equivalent processor.

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or above, or Mac OS X.

• Must have dual monitors.

• Reliable and stable wired internet connection with a minimum 10 Mbps plan for primary connection.

• PC headset required.

• HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
