Senior IT Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the identity platform, which includes Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), provisioning, deprovisioning, and conducting regular access reviews.

• Manage macOS, Windows, and Linux devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM), encompassing imaging, configuration, patching, and compliance.

• Develop automation processes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management.

• Administer essential SaaS applications and create integrations using APIs and scripts.

• Collaborate with the security team to enforce corporate security measures, enhance endpoint security, and ensure least-privilege access.

• Design internal self-service tools and workflows.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate infrastructure and endpoint problems.

• Enhance monitoring and observability across corporate systems.

• Maintain documentation of systems and provide mentorship to other IT team members.

• Take ownership of crucial corporate systems and automate significant aspects of the employee lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a related field.

• Extensive hands-on experience with identity providers, including Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with MDM tools.

• Experience in administering and integrating SaaS applications at scale.

• Proficient scripting and automation abilities using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.

• Proven experience in implementing corporate security protocols.

• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

• Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
