Senior IT Controls Analyst – SOX, ITGC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Expert in SOX IT Controls (ITGCs and ITACs)

• Provide subject matter expert support for Supply Chain applications and IT controls, encompassing Access Management, Change Management, Segregation of Duties, and Infrastructure controls.

• Collaborate to document automated controls (ITACs) for SOX audits.

• Design and uphold control objectives and operational procedures to ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC standards.

• Prepare for audit readiness.

• Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external auditors regarding ITGCs and application controls.

• Assist in control reviews by accurately and timely gathering audit evidence.

• Create and maintain IT Controls documentation, such as process narratives and control matrices.

• Continuously evaluate control effectiveness and suggest enhancements.

• Support controls in Supply Chain technology applications, primarily focusing on WMS and ERP system integrations.

• Work collaboratively with teams to assess the impact of changes on controls.

• Facilitate communication between business partners and IT teams regarding control-related changes.

• Document requirements and influence work prioritization based on associated risks.

• Utilize SQL and reporting tools to analyze application data, support audit evidence, and generate reports for SOX compliance.

• Proficiency in English is an essential requirement.

• Experience in clear, controlled, evidence-based, detailed, and structured documentation processes.

• Extensive experience with IT General Controls (ITGCs).

• Exceptional documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience in supporting IT Application Controls within enterprise applications.

• Proven capability to effectively interact with auditors.

• Strong understanding of IT control requirements and best practices.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
