This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee high-complexity projects and essential operational initiatives utilizing technology-driven solutions as a member of the Product Management team.

• Develop and document business requirements aimed at addressing critical business challenges across IT and operational sectors.

• Perform competitive analysis and evaluate data.

• Specify and provide feature estimates in collaboration with other team members.

• Generate technology user guides and communication documents, which include project updates, milestones, training materials, user manuals, and release notes.

• Deliver status reports, progress updates, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to internal stakeholders.

• Design software systems and processes by evaluating requirements, creating workflow charts and diagrams, assessing system capabilities, and drafting specifications.

• Serve as a liaison between business/client teams and development teams to address information gaps.

• Lead and facilitate functional and integration testing, define testing objectives, and carry out post-implementation evaluations.

• Conduct user training sessions and assist client teams during acceptance testing.

• Oversee the daily support of the assigned product portfolio in an agile setting.

• Mentor and provide guidance to the analyst team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or computer science.

• 3–5 years of previous technology product management experience, ideally in health IT services or a health tech product setting.

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT is preferable.

• Familiarity with Workflow Management Products is desirable.

• Proven experience in delivering products and showcasing their impact.

• Strong skills in project and requirements documentation.

• CBAP certification is preferred.
