This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Complete Project Accountability: You will take full ownership of the outcomes of your projects, operating as independently as possible.
• In cases where the project scope is unclear from the outset, you will be responsible for conducting research to establish it.
• Should the project deviate from your vision, you will need to steer it back on track.
• If tasks are not being accomplished, you may be required to step in and complete them yourself.
• Project Management Proficiency: Project Management is at the core of this role, so it should come naturally to you.
• Your daily responsibilities will include planning, organizing meetings, documenting progress and challenges, and reporting to management.
• You will be expected to maintain structure where necessary, be adaptable when required, and potentially alternate between Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on the project's stage.
• Analytical and Inquisitive: You may embark on numerous projects without prior subject-matter expertise, necessitating that you ask questions and conduct research.
• With your acquired knowledge and previous experiences, we anticipate you will pose questions and challenge existing assumptions.
• By the conclusion of each project, you should be able to confidently answer inquiries about it without needing notes.
• Collaborative Partner: As part of the Information Systems Department (ISD), our mission is to facilitate the work of the department, enabling them to focus on delivering top-notch technical results.
• You will regularly interact with various business stakeholders and executive sponsors who must be kept informed, engaged, and satisfied to ensure strong relationships.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, overseeing both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) projects for internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects or teams in a fast-paced setting, with the skill to influence without direct authority.
• Capability to comprehend the key priorities for the company at any given time and understand how your actions can make a difference.
• Proficient in listening to stakeholder needs, discerning their true desires, and prioritizing tasks to achieve optimal solutions for maximum benefit.
