Senior iOS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Design and develop new functionalities for our iOS application, utilized daily by business owners throughout Europe.

• Architect and create dependable, user-friendly solutions for:

• Multi-account cash flow management.

• Banking transactions and payments.

• Issuance, activation, and management of physical and virtual cards.

• AI-driven accounting automation.

• Create polished, responsive user interfaces utilizing **UIKit** and **SwiftUI**.

• Take responsibility for code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and comprehensive code reviews are essential.

• Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product teams — you will be involved in shaping solutions from start to finish, not merely executing specifications.

• Influence technical decisions within your area, challenge assumptions as necessary, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tools, and mobile best practices throughout the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the **Swift** programming language and a minimum of 3 years of professional iOS development experience.

• In-depth understanding of **OOP**, **SOLID** principles, and various design patterns.

• Practical experience with the **VIPER** architectural pattern and the **Coordinator** navigation pattern.

• Excellent knowledge of **UIKit** and experience (or a keen desire to enhance skills) with **SwiftUI**.

• Experience in layout development through code, especially using **SnapKit** or comparable tools.

• Proficient with **Git / GitLab**, including the capability to set up and utilize **GitLab CI/CD**.

• Ability to write unit and UI tests.

• A builder’s mindset — you care about the product, the users, and the outcomes, beyond just the code.

• Clear and concise communication skills in English, effective across both technical and non-technical audiences.
