📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated financial analyses for their technical accuracy, completeness, and reasoning quality.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, unsupported assumptions, logical flaws, and calculation mistakes.

• Examine financial models, valuation techniques, and investment analyses created by AI.

• Develop, review, and enhance finance-related prompts, benchmark responses, and evaluation datasets.

• Consistently apply detailed annotation guidelines while upholding exceptional quality standards.

• Offer structured, actionable feedback to enhance AI model performance.

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and AI Researchers to refine evaluation methodologies.

• Uphold productivity and quality standards while working independently in a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive practical experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory.

• Strong understanding of U.S. financial markets and corporate finance principles.

• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling and valuation.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Capability to independently assess complex financial analyses and provide technical feedback.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: Equity Research, Fixed Income Research, Credit Research, Investment Research, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Buy-Side, Sell-Side, Capital Markets.

• Ideal candidates usually possess practical experience with published research, managed investment portfolios, and have presented to investment committees.
