This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create a strategic framework for international expansion, establishing Level Access's marketing footprint across EMEA while developing scalable go-to-market and partner activation models for global application.
• Design and execute integrated market expansion initiatives across EMEA—including demand generation, ABM, field marketing, executive engagement, and, when suitable, strategic partner programs—to enhance market penetration, pipeline growth, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with regional Sales leadership to synchronize marketing investments, territory focuses, target accounts, and growth objectives, ensuring accountability for marketing's role in pipeline development and revenue enhancement.
• Work in partnership with the Head of Global Partners to activate strategic partner relationships through co-marketing, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives that boost partner engagement, broaden market reach, and drive partner-influenced pipeline.
• Develop measurement frameworks that showcase the impact of marketing and partner investments on awareness, engagement, account penetration, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence.
• Serve as the senior marketing representative across EMEA, integrating customer, partner, regulatory, and competitive insights into strategic planning to guide market priorities, positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Act as a strategic liaison among Sales, Partnerships, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align go-to-market execution, market expansion priorities, and growth investments.
• Create cases, investment proposals, and market expansion frameworks to assist leadership in evaluating opportunities, prioritizing resources, and scaling efficiently across international markets.
• Document successful programs, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies into repeatable playbooks that facilitate expansion into additional regions over time.
• Contribute to defining the future international marketing strategy, operational model, and resource roadmap as the organization continues to grow globally.
• Over 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focused on building and scaling enterprise demand generation and go-to-market programs.
• Proven experience in leading marketing initiatives across EMEA and international markets, with a deep understanding of regional buyers and enterprise sales cycles.
• Background in developing partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem marketing programs, including co-marketing, co-selling initiatives, and partner enablement.
• Demonstrated success in creating scalable frameworks, playbooks, or operational models that can be implemented across various markets.
• Capability to translate global strategy into effective regional execution.
• Established track record as a senior individual contributor, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Strong expertise in enterprise demand generation, ABM, field marketing, pipeline attribution, and lead-to-revenue measurement.
• Experience in closely collaborating with Sales leadership on territory planning, account engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Commercial acumen with experience in assessing market opportunities, business cases, and growth investments.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities, with the capacity to align Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
