Director of Product Marketing – Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product positioning and messaging for the Enterprise Health platform and Ozwell AI.

• Spearhead category positioning by defining how Enterprise Health articulates and claims its market space.

• Direct go-to-market strategies and commercialization initiatives for AI and forthcoming product modules.

• Convert product capabilities into compelling narratives aimed at executive, clinical, operational, IT, and security stakeholders, as well as sales teams.

• Collaborate with SDR leadership and Demand Generation to establish and sustain ICP definitions, buyer personas, and segment-specific value propositions.

• Develop a sales enablement framework for product launches, expansion strategies, and competitive differentiation, including presentations, talk tracks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo narratives, and objection handling techniques.

• Manage competitive positioning and learn from wins and losses by creating narratives, battlecards, objection handling strategies, and proof points that empower Sales to defend Enterprise Health against direct competitors, the status quo, internal development arguments, and adjacent healthcare technology platforms.

• Create repeatable expansion strategies for current customers, incorporating launch messaging, customer segmentation, adoption narratives, sales plays, proof points, and enablement for Account Management and Sales.

• Partner with the Product team, particularly the CPO, on roadmap development, addressing buyer challenges, market needs, and launch preparedness.

• Act as the market's voice within Product Management, influencing roadmap priorities via buyer insights, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and commercialization prospects.

• Develop and scale customer proof programs, including case studies, references, testimonials, outcome stories, ROI and value materials, benchmark data, and customer advocates.

• Assist in establishing a repeatable commercialization operating model for Enterprise Health.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, commercialization, or go-to-market strategies.

• At least 5 years in product marketing, product commercialization, or sales enablement within complex software environments.

• Essential: experience in B2B healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, health IT, EHR, clinical workflows, population health, occupational health, employee health, or similarly intricate regulated healthcare software.

• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare buyers, the complexities of healthcare, clinical or operational workflows, compliance, data governance, and multi-stakeholder buying committees.

• Proven ability to personally produce deliverables: messaging, positioning, launch plans, sales presentations, talk tracks, competitive briefs, battlecards, one-pagers, demo narratives, customer proof assets, and product and website copy.

• Excellent writing and executive communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a lean, high-accountability, private equity-backed environment where ambiguity exists and execution is crucial.

• Strategic enough to influence category and positioning, yet practical enough to deliver work consistently every week.
