This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement regional marketing strategies that align with global business objectives and local commercial targets.
• Spearhead demand generation initiatives tailored to specific segments across digital, email, event, and sales enablement platforms.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to pinpoint growth potential, aid in pipeline development, and enhance lead follow-up and conversion rates.
• Oversee the regional event strategy, which encompasses conferences, tradeshows, seminars, roadshows, customer workshops, live events, and partner engagements.
• Adapt global campaigns, product introductions, messaging, and content to suit regional markets and customer demographics.
• Work in partnership with product marketing and business units to foster growth across GenScript’s product and service offerings.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, including lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline contributions, event ROI, and marketing investment efficiency.
• Manage the regional marketing budget alongside vendors, agencies, and cross-functional execution.
• Mentor and develop regional marketing team members as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical services, CRO/CDMO, laboratory products, or scientific services.
• At least 3 years of experience in regional marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or leadership in commercial marketing.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing integrated campaigns that yield qualified leads and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong background in sales alignment, funnel management, events, campaign analytics, and performance evaluation.
• Capacity to articulate complex scientific or technical offerings into straightforward customer value propositions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, project management, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
