Senior International Accounting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for the parent company overseeing International Subsidiaries.

• Generate intercompany reimbursement billing to appropriately cross-charge relevant legal entities.

• Oversee monthly financial reporting for International Subsidiaries.

• Create intercompany journals and address any discrepancies in balances.

• Assist in the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data.

• Promote accounting efficiencies at all levels within Atticus Solutions.

• Collaborate with international accountants to reconcile intercompany accounts.

• Aid in annual statutory reporting and necessary audits.

• Develop and enforce internal control procedures to maintain data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Over 7 years of practical, full-cycle international accounting experience.

• Strong Excel proficiency, with the ability to create scalable, accurate, and comprehensive accounting work papers.

• Experience with NetSuite.

• Demonstrated expertise in handling intercompany transactions, invoices, and related processes.

• Solid understanding of intercompany accounting principles.

• Proven experience in reconciling intercompany transactions.

• CPA preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
