This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Propel international sales growth by cultivating and overseeing relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners within designated markets.
• Seek out, pursue, and facilitate new business opportunities to enhance international market presence and boost revenue.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of International Sales to implement international growth strategies and meet sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver regular customer business reviews that emphasize sales performance, growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
• Examine customer sales data and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for increased sales, product expansion, promotional activities, and enhanced business performance.
• Create and present data-driven sales recommendations and growth strategies to international clients.
• Assist in negotiations concerning pricing, promotions, product launches, and commercial agreements.
• Relay pricing updates, new product launches, item discontinuations, and promotional opportunities to international partners.
• Foster strong, long-lasting partnerships with international customers through proactive communication and responsive account support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and Customer Service to guarantee effective customer support and execution.
• Aid international business operations by ensuring that commercial documentation, agreements, and customer information are accurately maintained.
• Perform initial reviews of customer documentation and coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams as necessary.
• Monitor active customer accounts to ensure operational compliance and effective account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in international sales, account management, or business development.
• Background in collaborating with distributors, retailers, or international partners.
• Familiarity with supporting international distribution agreements, regulatory documentation, and compliance coordination with local authorities.
• Experience in managing intense SKU category sales, analysis, and management.
