Senior Interaction Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary project team on the design of essential programs

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for the client

• Make well-informed design choices and shape outcomes

• Work together with diverse teams to tackle complex challenges

• Assist the program throughout the GDS Design and Build phase

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Interaction Design within GDS projects

• Proven proficiency with Figma

• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary delivery teams

• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3

• Demonstrated ability to engage with complex stakeholder groups, managing ambiguity and competing priorities

• Experience in contexts related to Home Office, Bluelight, Public Safety, or Justice

• Ideally, experience participating in a GDS Assessment - preferably Beta

• Familiarity with Figma Make and/or other AI design tools.
