This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a primary technical authority for Wiz's enterprise integration platform, Workato. Assist in maintaining a strong security posture, ensuring dependable operation, and implementing optimizations and new features.
• Design, develop, implement, and sustain robust, scalable, and secure integrations among various business systems utilizing Workato.
• Execute integrations in accordance with established governance policies and security standards, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and performance through reusable architectural patterns.
• Offer high-level technical support and troubleshooting to team members across diverse departments on integration-related matters, facilitating seamless system interoperability.
• Aid in the assessment of new systems and implementations by reviewing both in-product and custom integration paths to evaluate technical compatibility, security, and effort required.
• Contribute to the development of robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address performance issues.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing integrations, identifying and implementing enhancements to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and overall system connectivity and security.
• Over 5 years of experience as an integrations engineer or in a related role, with a strong emphasis on enterprise integration platforms and security.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workato, including recipe development, connector configuration, and secure integration methodologies.
• Profound understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and secure integration protocols.
• Strong expertise in secure data architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and data encryption.
• Automation-oriented mindset—consistently seeks fully automated solutions to manual tasks.
• Capability to work autonomously while upholding strong security practices and team collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve intricate integration challenges.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of working effectively with both technical and functional teams.
• Experience with CRM and ERP data structures such as Salesforce & NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and securely integrating AI into custom automation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Python is a plus.
