This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize insights gained from due diligence for designated functions to create and oversee detailed integration plans aimed at supporting the strategic investment thesis while managing integration timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones to minimize risk.

• Secure alignment from the Senior Leadership Team, Corporate Development leadership, and Departmental Leadership regarding integration strategies.

• Establish and consistently manage project expectations and timelines during the execution phase with team members and relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee the implementation of integration projects within assigned workstreams.

• Responsible for managing schedules, resources, and deliverables to guarantee successful results.

• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, fostering buy-in from teams throughout the integration lifecycle.

• Collaborate with leadership across assigned workstreams, NewCo, and the Integration Management Office to coordinate integration activities and ensure alignment across workstreams.

• Act as a key collaborator for workstream leaders involved in acquisition integrations.

• Manage the daily execution of assigned integration workstreams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.

• Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-up on critical deliverables.

• Oversee progress across functional teams and provide timely project status updates to the project team and senior leadership, escalating risks, delays, or obstacles when necessary.

• Conduct postmortem evaluations for assigned workstreams, identifying and documenting successful practices as well as areas for improvement in the lessons learned log to enhance future integration processes.

• Assist in the documentation of integration strategies, playbooks, and planning materials for review by Integration Management Office leadership.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both onshore and offshore, including external vendors/partners, to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.

• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to promote consistency and quality across projects.

• Provide project management leadership and mentorship to team members within supported functions.

• Identify and suggest enhancements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies based on project insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 5-7 years of experience in project management.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions.

• Strong understanding of the M&A integration lifecycle.

• Preferred experience in IMO and finance/accounting within M&A.

• PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications are favored.

• Experience with ERP integrations/migrations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).

• High level of collaboration and ability to cultivate positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to synthesize complex information.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Skilled in project management and change management, including holding others accountable to project deadlines and guiding stakeholders through the change management process.
