Senior Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all aspects of partner integrations: from kickoff, through implementation, testing, to go-live.

• Manage multiple integrations simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for partners, engaging with everyone from engineers to C-level executives.

• Facilitate technical discussions and solution design, ensuring that partner needs align with our platform capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integrations and address any technical challenges that arise.

• Convert partner requirements into clear technical specifications and advocate for necessary adjustments when required.

• Work in partnership with Commercial, Onboarding, and Engineering teams to achieve business objectives.

• Guarantee successful project delivery and provide technical approval prior to go-live.

• Help enhance integration processes, documentation, and overall scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in:

• Integration Management

• Technical Account Management

• Solutions Engineering

• Strong knowledge of:

• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP

• Webhooks, idempotency, and error handling

• A solid grasp of networking fundamentals:

• TCP/IP, DNS

• Experience with API security mechanisms:

• API keys, OAuth, JWT

• Request signing (HMAC) and replay protection

• Practical experience with:

• Logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Kibana, Grafana, or similar)

• The capability to review, comprehend, and produce technical documentation, including API documentation

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to discern root causes in complex systems

• Exceptional communication abilities, comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders

• An ownership mentality - proactive, accountable, and focused on delivery

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency or above
