This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with members of the Product Team, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and Engineering teams to enhance customer retention, growth, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor for key enterprise customers and alliance partners.
• Conduct technical planning sessions, architecture evaluations, and business reviews to ensure SpyCloud aligns with the changing priorities of enterprise security and business goals.
• Foster strong relationships with security leaders, architects, developers, fraud teams, identity teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Discover opportunities to enhance customer value through integrations, automation, and operational efficiencies.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations across identity, logging, security, IT service management, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
• Create automation workflows utilizing both low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Tines, Okta Workflows, ServiceNow) and custom software solutions.
• Develop and maintain production-quality software, scripts, and tools using Python (preferred) and other contemporary programming languages.
• Design and implement scalable integration architectures utilizing REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and event-driven frameworks.
• Work with InfoSec, IAM, IT, DevOps, Security Operations, and Engineering teams to pinpoint integration and automation opportunities.
• Establish and document reusable integration patterns, deployment templates, and automation playbooks to bolster scalable security and IT operations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, integration engineering, solutions engineering, security engineering, technical account management, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying production software, integrations, APIs, or automation solutions is essential.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise security ecosystems, including SIEM, SOAR, IAM, cloud security, threat intelligence, and fraud prevention platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise integrations using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and custom software solutions.
• Proficient in Python development, with experience in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, C#, or similar considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including Git, testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) principles.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Capability to independently manage priorities while contributing to cross-functional team objectives.
