This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +2 more states.
• Create, develop, and maintain APIs and system integrations for internal applications and external vendor platforms.
• Construct and oversee backend services and integration workflows utilizing .NET/C# and Microsoft technologies.
• Design and support RESTful APIs adhering to best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Coordinate multi-system workflows using FlowGear or comparable integration platforms.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to turn requirements into effective integration solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve integration challenges across applications, data flows, and vendors.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, observability, and integration standards.
• Assist with the onboarding and integration of new third-party platforms and services.
• Work within an Agile delivery framework and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on integrations and API development.
• Significant hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
• Experience in designing and supporting REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.
• Familiarity with integration middleware or iPaaS platforms (FlowGear, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or similar).
• Practical knowledge of Azure services that support application and integration workloads.
• Understanding of integration security principles including OAuth, TLS/SSL, and secure data exchange.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred background in banking, credit unions, digital banking, or lending sectors.
• Knowledge of Jack Henry Symitar or similar core banking systems is advantageous.
